Her job is half done with wonderful lead artists who single handedly saved the movie. Nandini Reddy’s first concentration as director to keep the audience glued to screens with at least a bit of emotional quotient in her narration proved successful.
Among the others Rohini gave honest performance while Ashish Vidyarthi, Pragathi, Appaji, Hemant, Kriti Kharbanda and others were okay. Sneha Ullal looked bright but the character was very short in span. The curly hair and expressive eyes with no camera consciousness of Nitya gave an impression that this isn’t her debut movie. In spite of being stout in physical appearance, Nitya is real charm of this movie. Heroine Nitya Menon is so cute and chubby. The timing of dialogues and the ease in body language suited the role of this urban guy. Values of the Movie Alaa Modalaindi: Nani is getting better with each movie as an artist. In a turn around of events, Gautam is informed that Nitya is already engaged to Deepak (Chaitanya) and she leaves back to Bangalore. These two love failed candidates meet in the marriage of Simran in Hyderabad and become good friends lead to budding of love but none of them expresses. Unfortunately Gautam, Nani fail in their attempt as Simran and Anand tie the knot. In the Movie Alaa Modalaindi: Simran (Kriti Kharbanda) is the love interest of Gautam (Nani) while Nitya (Nitya Menon) residing in Bangalore wants to marry her relative Anand. Let us see, where ‘Alaa Modalaindi’ is heading for? With Kalyani Malik’s music also getting positive feed back, it is BV Nandini Reddy’s directorial skills that will be tested with this ‘Non Love’ story.
